Our Role

ICA, one of the leading Skilling Organizations, converting unskilled manpower to skilled workforce since 2011, have been awarded as India’s no. 1 Vocational Training Provider. ICA is one of the certified & trusted partners of NSDC, have contributed to the society by providing Training & Placement to the underdeveloped youth so that they can earn their livelihood by their own.

What we did

ICA, with the collaboration with Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society has trained 600+ unemployed youths from various areas of Dhanbad, Jharkhand in the past 1 year and placed around 400 trainees across India. We shared a platform to build up their skill in various sectors like IT- ITES, Hospitality & Retail with NSQF aligned Job Roles. We motivate them for enhancing the employment by sending them to jobs in various sectors and various states.

  • Guest Lectures

    Employers of various renowned Organizations like AEGIS, Sonotel, Barbeque Nation visit centre to give motivational classes once in a month.

  • Industry Visit & Placement Drive

    Industry visit to the local Malls and hotels are conducted frequently. We also conduct Placement Drive Program.

  • Group Projects

    Preparation of various projects were given to the group of students to decrease the monotonousness from only subject oriented study.

  • TOT

    Conducting Train the Trainer program for betterment of Existing Trainers.

  • MMI

    Conducting Monthly Mock Interview before sending candidates to face Final interview.
