ICA is one of the certified & trusted partners of NSDC, have contributed to the society by providing Training & Placement to the underdeveloped youth so that they can earn their livelihood by their own. ICA efficiently and meaningfully contributes in the skill India mission supported by the  Govt. of India leading to inculcating skills in the youth of the country especially people between the age of 18-35 who economically are weak helping them earn a living for themselves. We understand the skill gap, where in we help in bridging the gap between Skill required and present skill level of the candidates based on the region and the Industries.

What we did

As a Project Implementing Partner, ICA has its presence in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Godhara & Surat across Gujarat state. 50+ Trainers proficiently provides skill training for Account, Retail, Data Entry & Healthcare sectors. ICA has enrolled 16445 candidates in the last 5 financial years and holds 71.30% Placement ratio.

  • Mobilization Activities

    College seminars, door to door visit for awareness of the project and students gathering.

  • Training with Accommodation & Food

    3-4 months full day training with Residential facility. Provided lunch to all the trainees and dinner & breakfast to residential students.

  • Smart Classes

    Training via LED or projector for implementation of technology as it's helpful to the students for understand the subject by visualisation.

  • MMI

    Arranged Monthly Mock Interviews with Internal Examinations to prepare students for Interviews and building up their confidence level.

  • Guest Lecture & Industrial Visit

    Arranged Guest lectures by Industrial Experts, CEO/Director/GM of any related companies for awareness of market requirement and knowing their workstyle. Industrial Visits are conducted in regular basis as well.

  • Job Fair

    ICA conducts Job fair twice a year.
