Our Role

ICA, one of the top 3 Skilling Organizations, converting unskilled manpower to skilled workforce since 2011, have been awarded as India’s no. 1 Vocational Training Provider. ICA is one of the certified & trusted partners of NSDC, have contributed to the society by providing Training & Placement to the underdeveloped youth so that they can earn their livelihood by their own. ICA efficiently and meaningfully contributes in the skill India mission supported by the  Govt. of India leading to inculcating skills in the youth of the country especially people between the age of 18-35 who economically are weak helping them earn a living for themselves. We understand the skill gap, where in we help in bridging the gap between Skill required and present skill level of the candidates based on the region and the Industries.

What we did

We have total 5 PMKVY Centers across Uttar Pradesh & West Bengal. Approx. 25 Trainers provide high-tech training to Candidates in PMKVY. We have trained total 1000+ candidates since 2018. We are running 5 Courses / Job Roles affiliated with different Sector Skill Councils.

Before ICA

Tania was completely clueless what to do after class 12th, she could not go for higher studies due to family financial incompetence. She could not see any ray of hope until she met the career counselors of ICA PMKVY program team.
