Employers’ Eligibility Criteria

  • Business in any Trade or Occupation
  • Registered with Constitution Document (Business registration document/Udyog AADHAAR)
  • Valid GST and PAN No.
  • Must be registered with EPFO/ESIC/ LIN etc.
  • Register on the apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.org
  • Aadhar linked Bank Account
  • Organization  should have minimum 30 employees
  • Organization can intake 2.5% to 15% of total employee as an Apprentice

Reimbursement of 25% of prescribed stipend. Subject to a maximum of Rs. 1500/- per month per apprentice.

NAPS Trainees are exempted from Labor Unions.

Apprenticeship Portal Facility

Facility of Apprenticeship Portal is automated processes, ease in hiring & reporting requirements, Submission of returns, contract of apprenticeship.

Responsibility OF TPA

Third Party Aggregator

  • Mobilize and counsel candidates
  • Assist establishment in designing courses and getting them NSQF aligned Upload contracts of apprenticeship on the portal on behalf of the establishment
  • Upload the syllabus with duration of the courses on behalf of the establishment
  • Furnish all the returns on the portal-site on behalf of the establishment
  • Submit reimbursement claims on behalf of establishment towards stipend paid to apprentice.
